Do you have an innovative program idea?
We get it. Being a teacher takes patience, dedication and sometimes a lot of out-of-pocket money to make a great idea come to life. The SCUCISD Education Foundation wants to lend a hand in the money department but we need you to tell us how we can help. If you have a great idea for an innovative program or project but need some financial assistance to make it come to life, then you are in the right place! We like to give away up to $1,000 to individuals and up to $5,000 to campus teams that have a group program they want to implement. The 2016 - 17 grant process has closed but the 2017 - 18 application window will open with the new school year in September. In meantime, check out last year's application to learn what it takes to submit your idea.
Step 1 - Are you eligible?
If you are an individual or a team of individuals employed by SCUCISD who are involved in the instruction of students or related support services benefiting students, go for it!
Step 2 - Download, complete and turn in the application
All applications are usually due by mid-October. Eligible proposals contain projects that are designed to begin and finish during the 2017 - 2018 school year. Grants may fund instructional and classroom materials, parent involvement programs, or any activity or material which supports higher levels of student academic achievement.
